Senior UX Designer, Monetization

About the role

You will lead design initiatives for our monetization products, guiding projects from initial concepts through final execution. This role requires you to represent design strategy to executive leadership while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to build monetization experiences.
• Conduct research to understand how streamers and viewers interact with our platform.
• Develop creative solutions that support the financial sustainability of creator communities.
• Contribute to and refine the existing design system and patterns.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to form design hypotheses.
• Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience, specifically in content engagement or discovery.
• Proficiency in interaction design and visual craft, including mobile prototyping.
• Experience integrating AI tools into your design process.
• Background in streaming, creating user-generated content, or using broadcasting software.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and strategy.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and decision-making skills.
• Deep empathy for end users.
• Expertise in Figma.
