People Engagement Program Manager

About the role

You will join the People Engagement and Performance team as an individual contributor reporting to the Head of People Engagement and Performance. This role focuses on managing the employee lifecycle through programs that connect staff to the company, their peers, and our products.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of engagement initiatives including the New Employee Experience, Tenure Recognition, Mentorship Program, and Twitch Clubs.
• Oversee the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey from start to finish.
• Maintain internal alignment by creating the bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters, and updating the Role Guideline Repository on ServiceNow.
• Handle end-to-end vendor management for company swag, covering everything from procurement to ongoing partnerships.
• Modernize existing programs by implementing AI-enabled automation to improve delivery and scale.
• Establish success metrics, manage project timelines, and resolve risks to ensure program goals are met.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, communications, L&D, or related HR functions.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• History of managing multiple concurrent programs with varying deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience owning projects from initial planning through to measurement and delivery.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills to create clear documentation and content.
• Experience with vendor procurement and contracting.
• Ability to use data to track program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with survey platforms like Peakon/Workday, ServiceNow content management, or learning/mentorship systems.
• Experience managing hybrid and in-person employee experiences at scale.
• Interest in or experience with Twitch, gaming, or live entertainment.
