About the role

Twitch seeks an associate to find and bring new talent to our live streaming community. You will be instrumental in identifying promising creators, encouraging them to join Twitch, and guiding them through their initial streaming experience. This role requires a proactive approach and a keen understanding of online creator trends.

What you'll do

• Discover emerging talent across various online platforms and communities, recognizing cultural trends that indicate potential success on Twitch.
• Initiate contact with potential creators and present Twitch as a valuable platform for their growth.
• Stay informed about creator trends, popular influencers, new platforms, and cultural shifts that influence audience engagement.
• Provide clear and supportive guidance to new creators as they begin their journey on Twitch, ensuring they are prepared for their first stream.
• Manage the entire process from initial outreach to a creator's first stream, then transition them with detailed context to a Strategic Partner Manager.
• Maintain and update a creator outreach pipeline within a CRM system, tracking interactions and lead statuses.
• Verify potential creators before outreach to ensure they meet criteria and avoid redundant contact.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work and receive payment in the US for the contract's duration.
• Previous experience in a role involving outreach, sales, or talent acquisition with performance targets.
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• A strong interest in livestreaming and internet culture, with an understanding of the creator economy and current content trends across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• A drive to identify, recruit, and support new creators on Twitch, contributing to the platform's future.
• Proficiency with CRM and creator analytics tools, or the ability to quickly learn them for efficient pipeline management and creator sourcing.

Nice to have

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, and familiarity with live streaming software.
• Existing connections with a diverse range of content creators across different platforms.
