About the role
Twitch is looking for a multilingual professional to identify, contact, and onboard new talent to our live streaming platform. This role involves high-volume, metrics-based outreach to help emerging creators launch their first streams. You will manage the full lifecycle of these relationships before transitioning them to our internal partner management teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Scout for emerging talent across various social platforms and cultural communities.
- Execute cold outreach to persuade creators to join the Twitch ecosystem.
- Monitor influencer trends and shifts in digital culture to identify new opportunities.
- Assist new creators with the onboarding process to ensure they successfully reach their first broadcast.
- Maintain accurate records in a CRM, including lead status and interaction history.
- Verify lead data and follower counts to ensure pipeline integrity and prevent duplicate outreach.
- Provide detailed hand-off notes to Strategic Partner Managers once a creator is established.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom with legal authorization to work and receive payment there for the duration of the contract.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following: French, German, or Spanish.
- Prior professional experience in a quota-carrying role such as sales, talent scouting, or outreach.
- Demonstrated knowledge of influencer marketing, community management, or lead generation.
- Ability to navigate and manage CRM and creator-analytics software.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and current trends on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
Nice to have
- Personal background as a content creator or live streamer.
- Familiarity with streaming software and hardware.
- Existing professional network of content creators.

Practical notes
