About the role

Twitch is seeking a Brazilian Portuguese speaker based in the US to find and welcome new creators to the platform. This role involves identifying promising talent, encouraging them to stream on Twitch, and guiding them through their initial setup.

What you'll do

• Actively search various online spaces and communities to discover emerging talent and cultural trends.
• Initiate contact with potential creators and present Twitch as a valuable platform for their growth.
• Stay informed about creator trends, influential figures, and evolving online culture.
• Assist new creators with the onboarding process, ensuring they are ready for their first stream.
• Collaborate with the Brazil team to bring Portuguese-speaking creators to Twitch.
• Manage creator relationships from initial contact through their first broadcast.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and creator status in a CRM system.
• Verify creator information before outreach to ensure accuracy and avoid duplicate contact.

Requirements

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work and receive payment in the United States for the contract duration.
• Complete fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work hours that overlap with Brazil's time zone for effective collaboration.
• Previous experience in a role focused on sales, lead generation, or talent acquisition with performance targets.
• Demonstrated interest in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• A strong understanding of livestreaming, internet culture, and the creator economy across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• A drive to find, support, and grow new creators on Twitch.
• Proficiency with CRM and creator analytics tools, or the ability to quickly learn them.

Nice to have

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and tools.
• Existing connections within the Brazilian Portuguese-speaking creator community.
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian creator landscape.
