About the role
Twitch is looking for a French-speaking professional to identify and recruit new talent to our livestreaming platform. You will manage a high-volume pipeline of creators, guiding them from initial contact through to their first successful stream.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor various platforms to identify emerging creators and cultural trends.
- Conduct cold outreach to persuade influencers to build their presence on Twitch.
- Assist new creators with the onboarding process to ensure they are prepared for their first broadcast.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses within a CRM.
- Verify lead data to prevent duplicate outreach and ensure pipeline quality.
- Transition onboarded creators to Strategic Partner Managers with detailed documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom with legal authorization to work and receive payment there for the contract duration.
- Professional fluency in both English and French.
- Previous experience in a role involving sales, talent scouting, or quota-based outreach.
- Understanding of the creator economy and current trends across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Proficiency with CRM software and creator analytics tools.

- Personal background as a content creator or live streamer.
- Familiarity with streaming software and hardware.
- Existing professional network of content creators.
