Contracts Manager

About the role

Twitch is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our legal team in managing commercial and intellectual property agreements. You will focus on content partnerships, marketing activations, and esports productions while working alongside our internal legal staff and Amazon legal counterparts.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate contracts related to software, advertising, SAAS, production, talent, content, and marketing.
• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding business and legal issues, including rights and clearances.
• Partner with departments such as sales, finance, procurement, business development, and esports to facilitate transactions.
• Work with the legal team to refine contracting processes and meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial transactions, ideally within the digital industry.
• Proven track record of drafting and finalizing commercial agreements and optimizing contracting workflows.
• Ability to function independently and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.

Nice to have

• Previous legal team experience at a technology, internet, or media firm.
• Familiarity with the Twitch platform, digital media trends, user-generated content services, and esports.
