Business Development Manager

About the role

Twitch is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic B2B partnerships. You will report to the Director of Business Development and manage key distribution relationships across mobile and living room platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations and growth initiatives for primary distribution partners in the mobile and living room sectors.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize high-impact partnership agreements while coordinating with internal stakeholders from initial talks to final execution.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including financial modeling, legal reviews, co-marketing strategies, and P&L management.
• Assess new business categories by building external relationships and aligning partner goals with company strategy.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders using data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, B2B Partnerships, or Go-To-Market management.
• Proven experience collaborating with legal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Strong understanding of the Twitch business model and product ecosystem.
• Ability to provide clear recommendations and navigate highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience influencing and working alongside technical product teams.

Nice to have

• Professional background in technology, gaming, media, entertainment, or consulting.
• Active experience on Twitch as a viewer or creator with an interest in the creator economy.
