What you'll do
- Develop and implement pricing models to enhance business performance, integrating market elasticity, competitive positioning, and financial analysis into monetization plans.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, and Finance to create monetization strategies that safeguard profit margins and optimize revenue capture for large deals and accounts.
- Design, refine, and scale analytical dashboards and operational processes using Tableau or Looker to provide strategic insights and improve profitability.
- Analyze complex data from sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financial records to identify revenue growth opportunities and validate strategic approaches.
- Serve as a key liaison across Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Communications to ensure company-wide agreement and successful rollout of new pricing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing, monetization, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within B2B IaaS, PaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise sales settings.
- At least 3 years of experience building production-ready analytics dashboards with Tableau (or Looker) and strong SQL proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large, strategic sales engagements, including structuring renewals, managing profit margins, or developing discount frameworks.
- Solid financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to assess account-level economics and recommend data-driven pricing adjustments.
- Effective communication and execution skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of consumption-based and usage-driven business models, particularly in B2B developer-focused or CPaaS environments.
- Direct experience designing and implementing enterprise margin recovery programs or account-level pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced statistical tools for quantitative pricing modeling and forecasting.
- MBA or an advanced degree in business, finance, or a highly quantitative discipline.

This role may be eligible for Twilio's equity and bonus plans. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.

- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside SF Bay Area): $123,760.00 - $154,700.00
- San Francisco Bay Area, California: $137,520.00 - $171,900.00
