Manager, Sales Development-LATAM at Twilio.
About the role
Twilio is seeking a leader to manage a hybrid outbound team focused on acquiring new customers across the NAMER and LATAM regions. You will guide a team of 8+ representatives, with an initial focus on 4 LATAM-based staff, to execute high-quality pipeline generation strategies.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a hybrid team of 8+ reps through regular 1:1s and localized training.
- Manage regional performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Guide reps in prospecting, account targeting, and messaging tailored to regional buyer personas.
- Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to refine workflows and improve pipeline quality.
- Oversee the adoption of the SDR tech stack to ensure efficient and repeatable processes.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking to maintain a high-accountability culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or SDR leadership within high-growth tech firms.
- Proven success in customer acquisition, specifically with product-led growth or hybrid inbound-to-outbound models.
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM market, including regional business practices and cultural nuances.
- Experience testing and implementing AI tools to optimize research and prospecting sequences.
- Proficiency in SDR tools: SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LI Sales Nav, and Gong.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (Spanish preference).
- Ability to analyze data and influence stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS products, specifically CPaaS or CDP.
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and performance diagnosis.
- Experience managing multi-threaded engagements across engineering, marketing, IT, and data personas.

- Compensation: Commission-eligible role. Base salary ranges: $121,100 - $151,300 (CO, HI, MN, VT); $127,800 - $159,700 (DC, IL, MD, MA, CA outside SF Bay Area); $134,500 - $168,100 (NY, NJ, WA, SF Bay Area).
