About the role
You will join the PV Personalization and Discovery Growth team to develop marketing technology systems that manage paid media campaigns. This role focuses on building automation, data pipelines, and AI-driven tools to improve subscriber growth and content discovery on a global scale.

What you'll do
- Create AI-based automation for scheduling and generating campaigns using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Integrate ad-tech platforms to facilitate campaign delivery and activation.
- Build data pipelines for attribution and real-time measurement.
- Develop AI co-pilots and multi-agent systems to support the campaign lifecycle from ideation to reporting.
- Partner with Applied Scientists to implement ML features like audience optimization.
- Maintain high-availability monitoring and alerting for marketing operations.
- Participate in code reviews and system architecture design.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing and architecting scalable, reliable systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS.
- Proficiency in Python and Java.
- Experience with distributed systems and data pipeline development.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EMR, S3, Redshift, and Step Functions.
Nice to have
- Experience with ad-tech platforms or campaign management software.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and AWS Cleanrooms.
- Background in developing AI-native systems and using agentic frameworks like Bedrock.

Practical notes
- Pay range is $49.55 to $56.16 per hour.
- This is a contract role, not a full-time position with the client.
