About the role

Trustly is looking for a strategic leader to manage our global compensation and rewards infrastructure. You will oversee the evolution of our pay philosophy, equity programs, and analytical frameworks to ensure we remain competitive while maintaining financial discipline.

What you'll do

• Design and implement global compensation strategies that support business growth and talent retention.
• Manage end-to-end global pay review cycles and governance for equity programs.
• Partner with Finance to develop workforce planning models and cost forecasts.
• Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership regarding reward structures.
• Ensure reward frameworks are compliant and effective across multiple international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Total Rewards functions within international organizations.
• Expertise in designing compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and equity management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Finance teams on cost modeling and forecasting.
• Experience navigating reward governance across various regions, with a specific focus on Europe.
• Ability to manage both high-level strategy and day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the fintech sector or high-growth technology companies at a similar scale.
