Junior Sales Representative at Trueml
About the role
Trueml is building financial software to improve the experience for borrowers facing financial difficulties. We use machine learning to offer personalized, digital-first interactions. This role supports our Enterprise Sales Executive, helping to move high-value deals forward and learn enterprise tech sales from the ground up.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Support the Enterprise Sales Executive throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, to speed up progress.
- Prepare for and attend important client meetings, creating custom agendas and materials, and managing all follow-up tasks.
- Research target accounts and markets to find new prospects and gather information for personalized outreach.
- Adapt sales presentations, success stories, and financial projections for specific industries or clients.
- Track active sales opportunities, keep CRM records updated for accurate forecasting, and flag urgent actions needed to finalize deals.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to deliver proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts efficiently.
- Collect and update information on competitor products to help the sales team refine their messaging and address concerns.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and automate repetitive tasks to make the sales cycle smoother.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing position, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- A proactive mindset and a strong desire to develop a career in enterprise technology sales.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and common sales engagement tools.
- A demonstrated interest in financial technology or the collections industry.
