About the role
Join the team at our new Lenexa, Kansas office as we merge Sentry Credit's history with TrueAccord's modern debt resolution technology. You will help launch this branch by providing empathetic, solution-focused support to consumers. This is a full-time, onsite position dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial stability.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist consumers with their financial accounts.
- Research account information to settle disputes or clarify discrepancies.
- Operate multiple software platforms simultaneously to provide accurate, real-time assistance.
- Log all account interactions and communications across digital channels.
- Participate in a collaborative call center environment to improve consumer outcomes.
- Meet daily performance metrics to achieve commission goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite in the Lenexa office daily.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking across various computer systems.
- Ability to remain professional and composed during difficult conversations.
- Capacity to lift or move office items up to 10 pounds.
- Willingness to work occasional hours outside standard schedules or travel if required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in 3rd-party collections.
- Background in sales or customer service roles.
