About the role
Join our team in Lenexa to help consumers navigate debt resolution through a modern, empathetic approach. You will serve as a financial guide, assisting individuals in regaining their financial footing while moving away from traditional collection methods.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Communicate with consumers via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to establish payment plans.
- Negotiate resolutions while maintaining high standards for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze individual financial situations to provide helpful, actionable guidance.
- Collaborate with your team to refine processes and improve consumer outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite in our Lenexa office for all scheduled shifts.
- Strong sense of personal ownership and professional dependability.
- Capability to remain resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.

- Prior experience in sales, customer retention, or objection handling.
