Senior Full-stack Engineer (Python/React)

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications, translating designs into finished products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and create technical solutions.
• Design reusable components and patterns, write clean, testable code, and contribute to technical standards.
• Rapidly prototype new features, troubleshoot complex systems, and resolve technical issues.
• Improve system observability, resilience, and security.
• Participate in engineering practices and discussions, helping the team innovate with AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience creating production frontend applications using modern frameworks, with a preference for React.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled development tools and workflows.
• Experience orchestrating multi-step AI/agent-driven workflows and exercising strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code.
• Extensive experience building and consuming APIs, integrating frontend with backend services, and connecting third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, scalable UI architecture, and backend security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing (Pytest and frontend equivalents), containerization, and cloud platforms.
