Customer Success Manager at TrueLayer.
About the role
TrueLayer is expanding its team to support the growth of its Pay by Bank network. We are seeking a professional to manage key merchant relationships, specifically within the iGaming sector, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of major merchants in the iGaming industry across the UK and Europe.
- Increase payment adoption and revenue through strategic account planning and cross-selling.
- Act as a consultant for enterprise clients, providing data-driven insights to improve their payment strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing departments to influence product roadmaps and meet client needs.
- Coordinate with the Nordics team to deepen market and product knowledge.
- Lead client meetings, including periodic travel within the UK and Europe.
- Oversee the onboarding process for large enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Success role, specifically focused on driving growth and checkout adoption for large-scale payments or iGaming clients.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to C-level executives.
- Experience leading strategic payment discussions and delivering business reviews.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client goals and align them with company objectives.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across internal teams.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in the iGaming industry.
- Background working in a technology company, ideally with API-based products.
- Proficiency in Swedish, which is an advantage for supporting global clients.
