What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with potential affiliates and influencers who align with Bamboohr's brand values and target audience.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant promotional materials that affiliates and influencers can utilize.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial for both Bamboohr and its affiliates/influencers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in affiliate marketing.
• Organize and execute promotional events, webinars, and campaigns to engage affiliates and influencers, fostering a community around the Bamboohr brand.
• Utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms to track performance metrics and manage campaigns effectively.
• Provide training and support to affiliates to ensure they have the resources needed to succeed in promoting Bamboohr products.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a database of affiliates and influencers, tracking their performance and engagement levels.
• Create and manage budgets for affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and influencer partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, affiliate marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media trends.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce sector, particularly in automotive or related industries.
• Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing and PPC advertising.
• Previous experience working with international affiliates and influencers.
• Understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
