Tripadvisor is seeking a Lead Content Specialist to join the Trust and Safety team in the United Kingdom. You will manage user-generated content, refine moderation processes, and use data to improve the reliability of our travel guidance platform.

What you'll do

• Lead projects to increase the accuracy and eligibility of published content.
• Execute daily moderation tasks and manage complex escalations using advanced judgment.
• Analyze moderation trends and report on key performance metrics including accuracy and response times.
• Collaborate on the development of new moderation tools, automation, and process improvements.
• Maintain internal documentation to ensure team resources remain clear and accurate.
• Communicate moderation guidelines and outcomes within the team and across departments.
• Identify and document technical bugs or product issues to drive system improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in moderating user-generated content.
• Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to support decision-making and efficiency.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans with a global mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
