Destination Manager

About the role

Tripadvisor is looking for a Destination Manager to oversee the product health and quality for Viator within a specific geographic territory. You will act as a brand representative to optimize inventory, pricing, and availability while meeting destination-level performance goals.

What you'll do

• Curate and maintain a high-quality product catalog for your assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new inventory to fill gaps and showcase unique experiences.
• Strengthen brand presence and product selection within your assigned region.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor performance metrics to drive results.
• Ensure consistent product availability and align offerings with consumer preferences.
• Engage with the local operator community to establish Viator as a key partner.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong technical skills and ability to perform data analysis.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth and relationship management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with an Online Travel Agency, travel operator, or within the travel industry.

Skills & tools

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively within a global-first team structure.
