Tripadvisor is looking for a CRM Manager to lead the creation and implementation of full-funnel marketing campaigns. This role focuses on increasing user engagement, improving conversion rates, and building customer loyalty through personalized messages across various channels. You will work with product, marketing, and analytics teams to connect members with new features and offers.

What you'll do

• Design and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and onsite channels for lifecycle marketing, product launches, and promotions.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to communicate new features and benefits to members, driving product adoption.
• Use customer data and insights to segment audiences and deliver personalized messages and experiences.
• Develop a cohesive full-funnel strategy by linking offsite messages with onsite experiences, collaborating with web/product teams to optimize user flows.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify trends, refine strategies, and share insights with other teams.
• Create and improve customer journey maps to understand touchpoints and identify opportunities for personalization.
• Apply AI and machine learning tools to enhance audience segmentation, content personalization, and campaign performance, working with analytics and product teams.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably with a digital product or subscription business.
• Strong understanding of best practices for email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and retargeting.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of extracting actionable insights from data to inform decisions and measure results.
• Experience using AI tools to improve daily work efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a global perspective.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver with an interest in innovation and customer focus.
