Deal Strategy & Operations Manager

This position will focus on optimizing and streamlining our sales processes. You will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of our deal execution and supporting our go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do

• Support the sales team by managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from proposal to closing.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
• Manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or a similar role within a technology company.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales models and contract negotiation processes.
