About the role

We are seeking a skilled STEP Platform Developer/Engineer to contribute directly to development and configuration within a Master Data Management (MDM) context. This position involves not only hands-on platform work but also providing expert guidance on solution architecture, effort estimation, and team development as the client expands its internal STEP expertise.

• Perform hands-on development and configuration tasks within the STEP platform.
• Evaluate proposed solution designs and offer expert recommendations.
• Assist in defining and estimating the scope of work for STEP-related initiatives.
• Support the team in building their proficiency and understanding of the STEP platform.
• Provide direct assistance with technical questions, troubleshooting, and specific STEP functionalities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in hands-on development and configuration using STEP.
• Proven ability to review solution designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Capacity to define and estimate work efforts within the STEP environment.
• Experience in guiding and supporting teams in developing platform-specific skills.
• Aptitude for addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and offering targeted platform guidance.
