About the role

This position supports the founders and executive team of Zibra AI, a client of toogeza. You will orchestrate critical projects, ensuring key initiatives in fundraising, partnerships, and hiring progress efficiently. This role is central to the company's strategic operations during a significant growth period.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, tracking progress and ensuring accountability across various teams.
• Conduct research and synthesize complex information on markets, competitors, and customers into concise recommendations for founders.
• Develop and refine presentations and documents for investors, partners, and board members, maintaining high standards.
• Assist the CEO in managing relationships with investors, strategic partners, and major customers, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Adapt to evolving company needs, addressing high-priority challenges as the company expands rapidly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated extreme proactivity and a strong sense of ownership in previous roles.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple parallel workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities, transforming complex data into clear, structured outputs.
• Sound judgment and discretion, handling sensitive information and representing founders professionally.
• 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting such as consulting, banking, venture capital, or an operational role at a high-growth startup.
