About the role
Join our team to gain hands-on experience in the supply chain operations of a fast-growing international audio brand. You will function as a core team member, taking on real responsibilities while helping us manage global inventory and planning processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze supply chain workflows to identify improvements.
- Prepare and organize datasets required for demand, supply, and inventory forecasting.
- Manage and update ERP system data and handle commercial tasks related to procurement.
- Lead specific planning projects and coordinate directly with international manufacturing partners.
- Build reports, connect data sources, and track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a degree program focused on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of precision in your work.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German.
Nice to have
- Prior professional experience gained through internships or previous part-time roles in a corporate setting.
