About the role

Tonies produces the Toniebox, a screen-free audio system for children aged three and up. We are seeking a Creative Program Manager to oversee the operations of our global brand campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution across our internal teams and external partners.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global brand campaigns across various channels and markets.
• Create and maintain project timelines while ensuring team accountability.
• Oversee the creative development process from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Coordinate creative reviews, consolidate feedback, and manage leadership checkpoints.
• Direct production workflows, including shoots, editing, and post-production.
• Ensure all assets meet technical specifications for global deployment.
• Facilitate communication between global brand teams and local markets to manage localization and transcreation.
• Track and manage production budgets to ensure alignment with scope.
• Develop and refine workflows, systems, and operational processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive professional background in creative program management, campaign operations, or production.
• Demonstrated success in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing workflows across global markets and localization projects.
• Ability to provide structure in ambiguous environments.
• Deep understanding of production processes and how creative work is manufactured.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to hold internal teams and senior stakeholders accountable to standards.
• Clear and concise communication skills, particularly regarding feedback and approval processes.
