Organic Growth & Onsite Marketing Manager DACH

About the role

You will lead efforts to increase organic traffic and refine the digital experience on tonies.com and our mobile app. This role focuses on maximizing portfolio visibility and using personalized content to drive customer acquisition and long-term retention within the DACH region.

What you'll do

• Manage organic traffic growth, explore visibility opportunities in AI-driven search engines, and identify new growth potential.
• Develop and execute a content plan for campaigns and evergreen material while coordinating with brand and e-commerce stakeholders.
• Enhance the in-app experience in partnership with the CRM manager.
• Track and analyze funnel performance from initial engagement to conversion and design A/B tests for optimization.
• Lead onsite personalization and improve user experience on the website and app in collaboration with the shop development team.
• Oversee the local referral program and align the strategy with global teams and digital product colleagues.
• Implement global recommendations while adapting them to local market requirements and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content marketing, SEO, GEO, or A/B testing, preferably in e-commerce, start-up, or scale-up environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and set priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in German and English for professional communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Skills & tools

• Data tools: Tableau, Amplitude, Semrush, Google Search Console.
• CMS: Contentful.
• A/B testing and feature management: ConfigCat, Optimizely.
