Commercial Projects Manager DACH

About the role

You will oversee the lifecycle of commercial projects in the DACH region, ranging from new sales channels and partnerships to loyalty programs. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Operations DACH, you will act as a central coordinator between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.

What you'll do

• Manage local commercial initiatives from initial concept through to final handover to operational teams.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, including ROI calculations and volume/margin assumptions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Govern the commercial project pipeline by prioritizing initiatives based on impact and establishing stage-gate processes.
• Create standardized templates and playbooks to transform individual solutions into scalable, repeatable internal processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and alignment across all departments and external partners.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in commercial project management, business development, or strategy operations.
• Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or scale-up environments.
• Proficiency in building business cases and conducting ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
