About the role

This position involves acting as a senior advisor to client executives, directing solution architecture for large-scale programs, and providing hands-on technical leadership. You will serve as a key member of the Vietnam leadership team, focusing on the growth of local engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

What you'll do

• Guide delivery teams in adopting best practices such as pair programming, TDD, and clean code principles.
• Drive the adoption of AI-first software delivery across accounts to improve client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor by building relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying market trends.
• Develop account strategies, manage proposals, and oversee project budgets.
• Manage risks and ensure all work meets security, privacy, and legal standards.
• Mentor and develop tech leads and engineers while promoting an inclusive team environment.
• Provide technical sales support and manage third-party contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack engineering experience with modern stacks including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python, PHP, React Native, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide software solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, account management, and client reporting.
• Ability to lead, organize, and deliver commitments under tight constraints with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills for chairing meetings and influencing senior leadership.
• Expertise in delivery methodologies like continuous integration, infrastructure automation, and TDD.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks like AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
