About the role
We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our Customer Experience, Product and Design service line. You will guide clients through the end-to-end process of launching and scaling new digital products within the financial services and fintech sectors.

What you'll do
- Advise client leadership on product strategy, providing hands-on expertise to move concepts from initial ideation to market scale.
- Utilize lean and hypothesis-driven methods to pilot new products and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape analyses, and economic models for new initiatives.
- Guide stakeholders through organizational change to adopt empowered product team structures.
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams while ensuring engagements remain operationally sound.
- Contribute to the CXPD service line by creating case studies, white papers, and repeatable practice frameworks.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including pitch creation and proposal development.
- Support organizational growth through recruiting, mentorship, and community building.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading products from concept to launch and scale, including go-to-market strategy development.
- Proven expertise in commercial and economic modelling, including monetization strategies.
- Experience driving innovation at scale and managing strategic investment horizons.
- Strong background in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic growth.
- Deep understanding of value proposition development and lean testing for product-market fit.
- Ability to operate across company, portfolio, and product levels to define visions and roadmaps.
- Expertise in the full product development lifecycle, including agile and lean software practices.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and navigate complex business environments.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems.
