What you'll do

• Lead software delivery from initial concept through production evolution.
• Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and established design patterns.
• Design pragmatic solutions that account for project constraints and technical trade-offs.
• Implement DevSecOps practices to automate deployments and prioritize security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, prototypes, and UX-focused designs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience using Python, Node.js, and React.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience leading software teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Deep understanding of continuous delivery, TDD, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to achieve technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering.
