You will join a consultancy team to design and build software solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients. What you'll do

• Develop large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Write clean, reusable code using Test Driven Development and pair programming.
• Implement continuous delivery practices to ensure frequent, high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to design features, prototypes, and user experiences.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools to manage software deployment and integrate security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and advocate for technical excellence within your team.
• Apply insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve client-specific problems.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.
• Working knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming and writing well-tested code.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Familiarity with TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and contribute to the external tech community through blogs, open source, or speaking.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
