What you'll do

• Develop software using Test Driven Development, pair programming, and established design patterns.
• Implement continuous delivery practices to provide value to customers.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into the development lifecycle to improve productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to create prototypes, build features, and define user experience specifications.
• Advocate for and demonstrate DevOps culture across cross-functional teams.
• Apply insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Take accountability for project outcomes beyond individual coding tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, specifically with Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience with Object-Oriented programming.
• Ability to write, review, and improve high-quality code.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Working knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore due to client security requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
