What you'll do

• Learn and implement best practices for writing clean, reusable code, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and design patterns.
• Utilize continuous delivery practices to ensure high-quality software and value for end customers.
• Work within collaborative, value-driven teams to develop innovative customer experiences for clients.
• Partner with diverse teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes, ensuring adherence to best practices and UX specifications.
• Collaborate with other technologists from cross-functional teams, promoting and demonstrating a DevOps culture.
• Take ownership and accountability beyond individual tasks, consistently striving for excellent results for clients.
• Absorb and apply the latest technology insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve client challenges.

Requirements

• Two or more years of professional experience.
• Experience with one or more development languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming.
• Ability to write clean, high-quality code and improve existing code.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Good understanding of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools and approaches.
• Thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment that values transparency, openness, feedback, and change.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and knowledge sharing, focused on creating effective solutions for business problems.
• Resilient in ambiguous situations and capable of approaching challenges from multiple perspectives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
