What you'll do
- Develop across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI-related components.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance learning, boost productivity, and craft superior solutions.
- Produce clean, iterative code, adhering to principles like TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, SOLID, and OO design.
- Implement continuous delivery practices to accelerate and stabilize software deployment.
- Collaborate within product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences for diverse clients.
- Apply the latest technology insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to address client challenges.
- Engage with various industries, working alongside diverse colleagues and embracing new viewpoints.
Requirements
- Experience with or confidence in building projects using the Typescript + Node.js (Nest.js) full-stack profile.
- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and database principles.
- Less than one year of professional experience in a tech role, excluding internships.
- Initial understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (e.g., encapsulation) with some practical application.
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, and extensible code, with an awareness of testing's importance.
- Knowledge of the technical ecosystem where code and artifacts operate (infrastructure, runtime, web architecture, operating systems).
- Thrive in a collaborative, transparent environment that values feedback and adaptability.
- Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and create impactful business solutions.
- Resilience in ambiguous situations and the ability to approach problems from multiple angles.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Availability to start on September 8th.
