This entry-level consulting position invites early-career technologists to join a collaborative environment focused on building impactful software solutions. You will participate in the First Year Experience, a comprehensive program featuring an initial three-week immersive training session followed by ongoing professional development. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including computer science graduates, coding bootcamp alumni, and career changers.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI domains.
• Write clean, iterative code utilizing TDD, refactoring, SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.
• Implement continuous delivery practices to enhance software reliability and speed.
• Collaborate within product-focused teams to design innovative client experiences.
• Apply technical insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve complex problems.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a technical role (excluding internships).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and database concepts.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and the ability to write maintainable, testable code.
• Familiarity with web architecture, infrastructure, and operating systems.
• Experience building projects involving Generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply prompt engineering.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals and agentic AI development.
