About the role

ThirdLove is seeking a creative lead to define and maintain our visual identity across all retail and digital platforms. You will guide our brand aesthetic, manage design systems, and ensure high-quality execution for both physical and online customer touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reusable design frameworks and templates for retail and digital assets.
• Oversee photography standards for product detail pages, including ghost mannequin and on-figure imagery.
• Lead the implementation of AI tools for retouching, editing, and new product photography.
• Design retail window displays that balance visual impact with production budgets and store flow.
• Develop the Brand Muse deck to align creative storytelling across social media, retail, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end production of packaging systems for e-commerce and retail environments.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, agencies, and freelance partners.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual work and polished execution in print and digital media.
• Professional background in graphic design, specifically within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and art direction.
• Proficiency in production workflows for both print and digital files.
