Thinkingbox is seeking a Senior Producer to lead high-profile integrated projects with a focus on experiential production. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and final execution while managing multidisciplinary teams across digital, social, and experiential work.

What you'll do

• Lead experiential and integrated projects from the initial concept phase through to final delivery.
• Integrate digital, experiential, and content components into unified project outputs.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and account departments to ensure projects meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Manage all production logistics, including vendor contracts, project timelines, and budget oversight.
• Provide mentorship to junior production staff and help refine internal workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Propose improvements to existing production processes to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Significant experience producing experiential and integrated campaigns within an agency or production studio setting.
• Deep knowledge of production workflows covering digital, content, and experiential media.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex project scopes, vendor relationships, and cross-functional team management.
• Experience working directly with clients to translate creative ideas into reality.
• Ability to manage ambiguity through organized communication and structured problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset focused on guiding productions and supporting team development.
