About the role
Thinkingbox is seeking a creative professional to shape brand identities and digital experiences for our diverse client base. You will bridge the gap between initial concepts and final execution while guiding junior team members through the production process.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Establish the visual style and aesthetic for brand, digital, and experiential initiatives.
- Build cohesive brand identities and scalable design systems for various platforms.
- Convert creative concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity visuals.
- Produce assets ranging from early mood boards to final deliverables.
- Design interactive solutions and user-focused digital experiences.
- Solve complex project briefs while adhering to technical constraints.
- Manage design documentation, including brand guidelines and system libraries.
- Partner with developers, strategists, and producers during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate design rationale and present work to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee design timelines and manage deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor junior staff and freelancers by providing actionable feedback.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met during the final production phase.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional background in digital, graphic, brand, or experiential design.
- Bachelor degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in visual systems, brand identity, and strategic design.
- Mastery of composition, typography, layout, color theory, and visual narrative.
- Proven ability to build and sustain design systems and brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and prototyping methods.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in high-speed environments.
- History of leading creative workstreams or mentoring junior designers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to maintain high creative standards while meeting strict deadlines.

- Previous experience in a start-up environment.
