Champion the AHEAD platform methodology to frame complex client challenges through the lens of measurable digital business outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, qualify, and scope opportunities that align with strategic platform initiatives.
Evaluate existing enterprise landscapes using advanced diagnostics to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and insight.
Translate technical concepts related to cloud infrastructure and software delivery into accessible narratives for executive and technical audiences.
Design and communicate robust observability and monitoring architectures utilizing technologies such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Chronosphere, and similar platforms.
Develop and maintain a deep specialization in specific technology domains, establishing yourself as an organizational thought leader and reference point for peers.
Guide account teams through complex solution design, ensuring alignment between client business goals and technical implementation strategies.
Influence the broader market perception of AHEAD by contributing to internal knowledge sharing, content development, and community leadership.
Partner with sales and delivery organizations to build repeatable frameworks that de-risk client adoption and accelerate time to value.

Requirements
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
You must have a minimum of eight years of cumulative professional experience in software development, systems architecture, or technology consulting roles.
It is required that you have at least eight years of demonstrable experience with cloud platforms, specifically in the design, deployment, or optimization of distributed systems.
You must bring a minimum of eight years of hands-on experience with modern observability tools and methodologies, including metrics, tracing, and logging.
The candidate must hold at least eight years of experience working with large-scale, complex enterprise environments that demand high reliability and security.
You must have a proven track record of eight or more years in roles that involve stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional leadership.
It is mandatory to have eight or more years of experience engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders, articulating technical strategy and business value.
You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, as the role is constrained by client and operational requirements to be based in PST.
Practical notes
The role is designated as Full Time, requiring a standard forty-hour commitment during the standard operational week.
You must be located in Irvine, California, or the immediately surrounding area to ensure effective collaboration with client and internal teams.
