ServiceNow Project Manager

About the role

Thinkahead is seeking a project manager to oversee technical initiatives and manage project lifecycles. You will act as the primary point of control for assigned project segments, ensuring delivery success through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

What you'll do

• Manage project initiation, including defining scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Guide teams on Agile and Scrum practices while fostering self-organization.
• Remove project impediments and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Coordinate tasks across internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for additional services revenue.
• Maintain project data and documentation within internal systems.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and project closure activities.
• Support product sponsors with backlog grooming and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience managing medium to high-risk, complex projects with high client visibility.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles.
• Familiarity with PMBOK standards and best practices.
• Experience working with data center infrastructure hardware or software.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience facilitating discussions with executive-level clients.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software.

• Compensation is based on On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary and target bonus; exact figures depend on experience and location.
