About the role
Thinkahead is looking for a subject matter expert to design and deploy enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will manage project outcomes, lead client workshops, and guide development teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Direct project teams and manage complex programs involving multiple resources.
- Architect and design solutions while producing all necessary project documentation.
- Facilitate client demos, working sessions, and process workshops as the primary expert.
- Act as the escalation point for project teams and influence stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide thought leadership for marketing and internal growth.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams on scoping, planning, and service positioning.
- Maintain required certifications and contribute to cross-practice standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep functional knowledge in at least one ServiceNow suite.
- Experience with business processes across at least two additional process areas outside your primary suite.
- Ability to explain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
- Self-starting mindset with high attention to detail.

Compensation is based on On-Target Earnings, which includes base salary and target bonuses, varying by experience and location.
