About the role
The Millennium Alliance is hiring its inaugural dedicated product manager to oversee the development and strategy of its internal and client-facing technology platforms. You will report to executive leadership and hold full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from initial roadmap planning to final deployment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Establish and maintain the product roadmap for the company proprietary platform.
- Manage the product backlog by drafting user stories and setting acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with an offshore engineering team.
- Direct user acceptance testing and manage the release cycle.
- Assess third-party software to determine whether to build or buy solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, delegate acquisition, and operations to gather requirements.
- Track platform metrics and user feedback to guide product improvements.
- Report on milestones and performance to steering committees and leadership.
- Transition the platform from internal tooling into a scalable product for external customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically owning a platform or technology initiative.
- Demonstrated history of managing distributed or external engineering teams.
- Experience taking products from initial concept through to launch and iteration.
- Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across various business functions.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment with changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B platforms, event technology, or operational software.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Practical notes
- Salary: $140,000 USD - $150,000 USD.
