We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This position involves creating and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of various ServiceNow products.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Service Management and IT Service Management.
• Automate workflows and enhance integration capabilities using Flow Designer and REST/SOAP APIs.

Requirements

• Must hold a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development is required.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow products, including IT Operations Management, Configuration Management Database, Strategic Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Integrated Risk Management.
• Strong background in workflow automation and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is essential.
• A solid understanding of ITIL processes is required, with certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) is preferred.
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-driven automation tools is preferred, along with a keen interest in utilizing AI for efficiency.
• Experience with bi-directional system integrations is strongly preferred.
