Join terranova in Berkeley to help construct intelligent robotic systems that reshape the Earth. This role involves fabricating, testing, and assembling our innovative machines. You will contribute to projects focused on land elevation, wetland restoration, and infrastructure protection.

What you'll do

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble components for robotic systems.
• Test and refine full robotic systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to realize new designs.
• Maintain rapid production cycles and quick design iterations.
• Tackle diverse and unique projects in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with fundamental shop tools.
• Ability to thrive in a rapid build environment.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with steel fabrication.
• Capability to interpret CAD or mechanical schematics.
• Basic machining or assembly skills.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Laser).
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience with electronics or wiring.
• Plumbing experience.
• Spanish language proficiency.
