About the role
Temporal Technologies is seeking an organized professional to manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable operations as the company scales globally. You will oversee vendor relationships, expense management, and month-end close processes while ensuring accuracy across multi-currency transactions. This position requires a self-directed individual capable of maintaining financial integrity and clear communication across internal departments.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing in Bill.com, including GL coding, PO matching, and payment execution via ACH, wire, and check.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies or duplicate payments.
- Handle 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC preparation, filing, and W-9 documentation.
- Administer employee expenses and corporate cards via Navan, ensuring policy compliance.
- Support month-end close by preparing AP accrual journal entries and reconciling the AP subledger to the GL.
- Maintain the vendor master database and serve as the primary contact for payment inquiries.
- Assist with annual financial audits by preparing aging schedules and payment documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable.
- Proficiency with Bill.com or similar AP automation tools like Tipalti or Airbase.
- Experience with T&E platforms such as Navan, Concur, or Expensify.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud ERP systems like Rillet, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and reconciliation building.
- Understanding of 1099 reporting, W-9 collection, and sales/use tax basics.
- Ability to enforce expense policies clearly and professionally.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency AP processes.
- Background in supporting financial statement audits.
- Experience with spend management platforms like Zip, Coupa, or Ramp.

- Compensation is determined based on market location, experience, and job level.
