About the role
Join tem to drive the growth and marketing strategy for our sell-side operations, focusing on renewable energy generators. This role involves launching new products and expanding into new markets, combining product marketing, growth operations, and a first-principles approach. You will be instrumental in bringing complex, AI-driven energy transaction technology to market.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategies for all sell-side product launches.
- Develop and manage demand generation for the sell-side, measured by GWh of marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Build and expand the sell-side marketing function, overseeing activation and content marketing efforts.
- Define product positioning and messaging for a sophisticated generator audience, translating technical details into clear value propositions.
- Create comprehensive launch materials, including narratives, sales enablement tools, tender documents, explainer content, and pricing FAQs.
- Execute each product launch as a measurable campaign with specific targets and attribution.
- Establish and scale the sell-side demand engine through campaigns, events, webinars, and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage and report on marketing-sourced pipeline against quarterly targets.
- Scale successful initiatives, such as case study generation and sector-specific focuses.
- Design and implement a system for marketing experimentation.
- Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering a first-principles approach.
- Develop AI-native workflows for content production, attribution, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the origination team, recognizing sales as a key stakeholder.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, successfully launching technical products in fields like energy, fintech, infrastructure, or B2B platforms.
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies and demand generation, with a track record of building measurable demand engines and owning pipeline targets.
- Ability to operate as a first-principles generalist, capable of crafting narratives, building landing pages, briefing events, and analyzing data independently.
- Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on in a player-coach capacity.
- Familiarity with AI-native work methodologies, utilizing agents and automation by default.
