About the role
tem is transforming the energy market with AI-native transaction infrastructure. We are seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to build and enhance core products and internal platforms. You will contribute to systems that empower customers, brokers, and internal teams, driving efficiency and transparency in energy transactions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop full-stack features for front-end frameworks and serverless back-end systems, prioritizing performance and usability.
- Create intuitive interfaces and tools to improve customer and broker interactions with the platform.
- Enhance internal tooling, frameworks, and engineering workflows to accelerate delivery and increase confidence.
- Partner with Product, Design, and other Engineers to create user-centered solutions for complex problems.
- Write clean, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team practices and documentation.
- Lead development of customer and broker portals to simplify complex energy workflows.
- Build and evolve scalable, transparent, and reliable billing and payment systems.
- Improve developer experience and platform foundations, including CI/CD and shared services.
- Streamline internal operations through intelligent workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a fast-paced product environment, managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly serverless tools like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Ability to translate product and user problems into simple, elegant technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating closely in cross-functional teams with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers.
Nice to have
- Experience building platforms or tools for brokers, sales partners, or operational teams.
- Exposure to the energy sector or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with real-time data systems or internal workflow automation.

- Compensation includes stock options, with salaries reviewed twice annually based on market data.
