About the role

TEKTRND is searching for a seasoned engineer to spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence systems. You will guide the technical direction of our AI initiatives while providing mentorship to less experienced team members.

What you'll do

• Build and release high-quality machine learning and deep learning models, focusing on generative AI applications.
• Manage the full development cycle, covering data collection, feature creation, model training, and final deployment.
• Design and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure to support continuous integration, delivery, and training.
• Work alongside various departments to turn business goals into functional AI features.
• Provide technical guidance, perform code audits, and define development standards for the team.
• Investigate new AI tools, frameworks, and hardware to keep our technology stack current.
• Monitor production models to ensure they remain reliable, performant, and scalable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of AI and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid grasp of MLOps methodologies and associated tooling.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and solve difficult engineering challenges.
