Implementation Specialist

About the role

This role, internally titled Business Solutions Analyst I, focuses on delivering and configuring scalable solutions within the Professional Services department. You will document business processes, assist with system testing, and gather requirements to improve operational efficiency for our automotive retail clients.

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze functional and business requirements for solution development.
• Map out current and future state workflows and system interactions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and suggest improvements.
• Execute system configuration, user acceptance testing, and related activities.
• Develop training materials, user documentation, and process flows.
• Track project milestones and maintain documentation for deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis to support design decisions and ensure post-implementation success.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience implementing Automotive Variable Operations software, including retail and accounting systems.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 90% travel requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and process mapping software such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn enterprise platforms and project delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as PSA tools, ERP, or CRM.
